1. Payment Methods

Payments on the online sales platform are processed online via payment cards: Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa and Diners.

After confirming the order, the customer is redirected to the secure page of the Monri Payment Gateway where card details are entered.

Atraxia Film DOO does not collect or store customers’ payment card information.

2. Transaction Security

Confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using the latest TLS encryption. Pages for online payment are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption.

SSL encryption is a data coding procedure that prevents unauthorized access during data transfer.

Monri Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data via a protected Virtual Private Network (VPN), which is secured against unauthorized access.

Monri Payment Gateway is certified according to PCI DSS Level 1 security standards prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules.

Credit card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s servers and are not available to unauthorized personnel.

3. Currency and Conversion

All payments are processed in the currency defined on the online sales platform.

If prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and the transaction is processed in Serbian Dinars (RSD), the amount charged to your credit card will be obtained through the conversion according to the exchange rate of the bank or card association at the time of the transaction.

When charging your credit card, the same amount may be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the card association or issuing bank.

Due to exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees, there may be minor differences between the original price displayed and the amount charged.

4. Liability

Atraxia Film DOO shall not be liable for any exchange rate differences, bank fees, or additional charges applied by the customer’s bank or card association.

All transactions are processed through the secure Monri Payment Gateway system.
