1. General Provisions

These Terms regulate the rights and obligations between the company Atraxia Film DOO (hereinafter: the Service Provider) and users who purchase and use digital access to live streaming events.

By purchasing and using the service, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Nature of the Digital Product

By purchasing, the user acquires a time-limited right to access live digital content. No physical product, tangible good, or permanent license is sold.

The service is considered fulfilled upon the commencement of the live broadcast.

The digital content is delivered exclusively online and no physical delivery is performed.

3. Ordering and Payment

The user places an order by selecting the event and completing the checkout process.

Before confirming the order, the user is provided with:

  • The price of the digital service
  • Applicable taxes (if any)
  • The total amount to be charged

Payment is made online via supported payment cards through the Monri Payment Gateway.

By clicking the confirmation button and completing the payment, the user expressly agrees to these Terms and confirms that they lose the right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has begun.

4. Token System and Technical Rules

Access to the content is provided via a uniquely generated electronic token.

The following rules apply:

  • The token is valid for 24 hours from the moment of generation.
  • The token is technically linked to the IP address from which it was generated.
  • The token is non-transferable and cannot be used from another IP address.
  • The user may generate multiple tokens from their account.
  • Each token is valid exclusively on the IP address from which it was created.

The Service Provider reserves the right to automatically block access in case of attempts to bypass the system or misuse.

5. Prohibition of Sharing and Re-streaming

  • Sharing the access link or token with third parties.
  • Public display of the content without authorization.
  • Recording, copying, duplicating, or distributing the content.
  • Re-streaming, embedding, or redistribution of the content.

Violation of these provisions constitutes grounds for immediate termination of access without the right to a refund and may result in legal action.

6. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The user agrees that the provision of the digital service begins immediately upon purchase or at the start of the broadcast.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations regarding digital content supplied electronically:

  • The user loses the right of withdrawal once the digital service has begun.
  • No refunds are possible after access to the event has been granted or the event has commenced.

A refund may be granted only in the event of complete inability to conduct the event due solely to the fault of the Service Provider.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

7. Currency and Conversion

Event prices may be displayed in EUR or RSD.

If payment is processed in a different currency than the one displayed, currency conversion may be performed by the user's bank or card issuer according to their applicable exchange rate. The Service Provider is not responsible for exchange rate differences or additional bank fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for technical issues on the user's side.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for the quality of the user's internet connection.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for software or hardware issues.
  • The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure.

The total maximum liability of the Service Provider shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific event.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or reputational damage.

9. Post-Sale Support

As the service consists of live digital streaming access, no physical servicing or replacement products are applicable. Technical support may be provided via email during the event where reasonably possible.

10. International Application

All legal relationships shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The court in Novi Sad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

11. Chargeback and Abuse

In the event of an unjustified chargeback claim initiated after the service has been used, the Service Provider reserves the right to submit proof of service performance and seek compensation for damages.
